Q. How do I know if PowerSlides templates are compatible with my software?

All our content is compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint, from Microsoft Office XP to the latest Microsoft Office 2016, and also Microsoft Office 365. In addition, our templates are compatible with open-source software such as Apache Open Office, Libre Office and Neo Office. Moreover, you can also open up our templates in Keynote and Google Slides.

Q. Who can use your templates?

Many of our customers are managers, trainers, speakers, salesmen, teachers, consultants, coaches and entrepreneurs but anyone who needs a professional presentation will find our templates very useful.

Q. Do I need an account before purchasing templates?

Yes, every client has to create an account but rest assured, creating an account is easy and can be done in less than 1 minute.

Q. How do I create an account?

You can fill in the registration form here or you can click on the “Sign Up for a Free Account” option located in the top right corner of each page.

Q. I don’t want to create an account. Can’t I just login/sign-up with my facebook account instead?

Yes you have that option as well. On the registration page simply click “Sign up with Facebook”. Please note, sometimes this times out, so best to do it with your name and email address details. It’s really fast.

Q. For some reason I cannot login. What should I do?

If you have issues with your password try clicking “Forgot Password” at the login screen or go directly to our password-reset-page. If you have issues with your username, try searching for “PowerSlides” in your email’s inbox and you’ll find the initial confirmation message with your registration details. Otherwise, just contact us at Support, and we’ll resolve it in no-time

Q. Can I change my account information after I created the account?

Yes, simply log in to your account and click “Edit Personal Information”.

Q. Can I use the templates for commercial use freely?

Yes, you can use the templates for your commercial presentations, printed or digital documents, websites, email, ads and more. However, you cannot resell the editable templates. Please refer to our “Terms of Use” page for more details on commercial usage.

Q. Are your templates computer-generated?

No. Computer generated templates cannot always meet the set quality standards. We believe in providing top quality content and so our templates are individually crafted by hand.

Q. How many templates can I download?

Depending on your download package purchased, the number would be 1 download, 10 downloads or Unlimited downloads.

Q. Is there a daily download limit as well?

No, we’ve removed this so you can download as much as you need, of course, this is capped at your maximum download limit which is specified on your package.

Q. How often do you add new templates to the database?

We add new templates on a daily or weekly basis.

Q. Where can I see a list of the newest templates?

Visit our “New Releases” page or click “Browse All New Designs Here” in My Account section.

Q. I lost my recently downloaded templates. What can I do?

Log in to your account and go to My Downloads on the sidebar and you should be able to access all the templates you have paid for. If you have any problems, simply contact us at Support.

Q. Are the templates editable?

Yes, the templates are easily editable with Microsoft PowerPoint. Besides editing and adding text, you can even change graphics’ sizes, modify colors,  animation, change shading and lots more.

Q. What is your refund policy?

Q. Can I purchase a single template?

Yes, you can simply just purchase the ‘Novice package‘ which will enable 1 template bundle download.

Q. How much do you charge for a subscription?

Firstly, all pricing plans are ‘one-time payment’ only, so you will never be billed on a recurring basis. Prices vary depending on each package. You can check our download packages and prices by from here. Prices are all in USD currency only.

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, AmEx, Maestro and JCB.
